Healthcare Homes has completed CQC registration of six former Four Seasons care homes.
The care home operator took over the management of the operations in March as part of Four Seasons’ restructuring measures.
Gordon Cochrane, Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare Homes (Spring) Limited, said: “We are pleased to confirm that CQC has now officially re-registered the six homes to reflect our management position. It has of course been the most unusual of times, however, we are proud to have become the new nominated provider of these established homes and have worked hard to not only ensure a seamless transition to Healthcare Homes, but to ensure all measures were in place from the outset to keep residents and staff safe amid the pandemic.”
The six homes, which can accommodate up to 300 residents, are: Ladymead Care Home in Wroughton, Swindon, Kingsmead Care Home in Swindon, Oaktree Care Home in Yate, Bristol, Alexandra Care Home in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, Romford Grange Care Home in Romford, Essex and Albany Care Home in Headington, Oxfordshire (pictured).
Healthcare Homes originally took over the homes as part of a management agreement and was announced as the nominated new provider of the services on behalf of administrators pending CQC re-registration, which has now been completed.
