Church Farm Care has announced the purchase of its fourth nursing home in Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire.
The dementia and nursing care provider is investing £2.5m in expanding the existing care facility from 44 to 76 residents by 2019.
Patrick Atkinson, Director of Church Farm Care, (pictured) said: “At Church Farm Care we are passionate about providing the highest quality care because we understand that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect, and we want to help people feel at home, safe, secure and loved.
“Our current three homes have been extremely popular and are always in high demand, which is why we saw the importance of purchasing a fourth home. All of our staff have extensive training and at Church Farm Care, we have an approach that creates a family environment for the people who live with us and who are at the heart of everything we do.”
Church Farm plans to refurbish and renovate the existing service by incorporating new en-suite facilities, a hair salon, cinema, community centre, specially designed outdoor garden areas and a coffee lounge.
Work at the site, which will create 60 jobs, starts this month.
